Renovation of a medical facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,755-square-foot medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services (BCMHSUS) for the Forensic Psychiatric Services Regional Clinic Surrey Project. The Surrey Valley Regional Clinic has expanded a number of forensic psychiatric programs to serves clients located in the Fraser health region. BCMHSUS has acquired an additional lease space (approx. 1,750 SF), the space will require renovations to support increased service and care coordination workspace for the new team. The project entails the renovation of existing space to provide new office space. Hazmat remediation and demolition of the previous tenant improvements will be required.
