The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of Surrey Sports and Leisure Complex HVAC Optimization, Mechanical, located at 16555 Fraser Highway #110, Surrey, British Columbia. Mechanical upgrades including installation of a new fluid cooler, new cooling coils in existing AHUs, new electric duct heater, heat exchanger replacements/expansions, pump replacements, and various controls upgrades. Electrical upgrades as required to support the new mechanical equipment.
