Deer Creek Ranch Earthwork and Erosion Control Improvements Lackland Collin County Development, LLC, on behalf of the Raintree MUD No. 1 of Collin County, Collin County, State of Texas, will receive bids for the construction of Earthwork and Erosion Control improvements ONLY to serve 45 Lots at Deer Creek Ranch. The MUD has the right to award this project to a single bidder or to multiple bidders by discipline. The improvements generally to be made include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary to construct all Earthwork and Erosion Control improvements shown in the construction plans. The MUD has the right to award this project to a single bidder or to multiple bidders by discipline. Lackland Collin County Development, LLC, on behalf of the Raintree MUD No. 1 of Collin County, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. Question: All questions are due by October 30th 4:30 PM CST.
