The purpose of this solicitation for Pearl Street Offsite Remedial Action and Parking Lot is to select a vendor to excavate and dispose of contaminated soils that exceed Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Soil Cleanup Target Levels (SCTLs) for Arsenic in accordance with the approved Off-Site Soil Remedial Action Plan Addendum (RAP) and to install a subsurface stormwater vault as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
