The purpose of this project is to, as detailed herein and within Attachment A, attached hereto, replace the roofs on sixteen (16) buildings located at the agency's Victor Pointe's property. The Leasing Office is located at 6750 Ramona BLVD, Jacksonville, FL 32209 (please see attachment A for the specific buildings addresses where the roofs are being replaced) Question Deadline 11/15/2024 at 2:00 PM ET. The Contractor must maintain their construction schedule at all times, if the Contractor fails to maintain this construction schedule, he/she will be charged with liquidated damages of $150 per day Required bonds include a bid guarantee from each bidder, equivalent to 5% of the bid price and, from the successful bidder, one of the following: 1 A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price or 2 Separate payment and performance bonds each for 50% or more of the contract price; or 3 A 20% cash escrow; or 4 A 25% irrevocable letter of credit
