For the following: Multi-Year Professional Engineering, Surveying, and Geotechnical Services Contract As outlined in the RFQ, The City intends to identify up to six (6) firms in each category to perform engineering, surveying, and geotechnical services, including but not limited to planning, design, and construction administration The City intends to award professional service contract(s) for projects on a case-by-case basis to firms from a list developed from this RFQ, for an initial period of three years from January 2025 through December 2027. Upon completion of the initial three years, the City may continue to award contracts to selected firms for an additional two years based on this RFQ Questions due: Due by 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 7,2024. Inquiries regarding this Request for Qualifications must be emailed to John Mears, PE, CFM, City Engineer, to jmears@cityofmesquite.com Bid date Note Submit one (1) original hard copy and one (1) complete consolidated electronic copy in PDF format on flash drive that connects to a computer via a USB port. Response to this RFQ should be limited to single-sided 81/2 x 11 sheets. Each section shall be identified and tabbed. The City of Mesquite reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
