The City reserves the right to require additional technical and pricing information and negotiate all elements which comprise the Vendor's bid to ensure that the best possible consideration be afforded to all concerned. Under the direction of the Parks Project Manager install Bermuda sod at Alcott Park located at 2750 East Svcene Road, Mesquite Texas that meets following requirements. All work shall comply with the current Building Codes of the City of Mesquite, City Standards and Texas Accessibility Standards. Work shall be completed no later than November 30, 2024. The City shall issue a Purchase Order authorizing the work and obligating the City to payment upon acceptance of the completed work. No Building Permit will be required. Contractor must meet City's insurance requirements. Contractor is encouraged to review site conditions and confirm dimensions of areas to receive sod.
