The principal items of work include, but are not limited to, the demolition and indicated replacement of existing partitions, doors, finishes, fixtures, glazing, paving, landscaping, and the construction of new ramps and exterior stairs as required to achieve improvements to the existing building. The project consists of interior renovation of 11 Edgar Drive located in West Milford, NJ. The renovation area is approximately 13,500 SF.
