Notice ID- 15B60825PR000013 03/17/2025_ Abstract of Offers Posted 02/28/2025_ Amendment 0005 issued Attachment I: Additional Clarification Question and Answer The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing solicitation 15BFA025B00000004 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Sewage Liner at the Federal Correctional Institution Phoenix (FCI Phoenix), located in Phoenix, Arizona. FCI Phoenix is a federal correctional facility located at 37900 N. 45th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona, 85086. The project consists of the contractor provding all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to de-silt and re-line ponds 5 & 6 at FCI Phoenix. Contractor will completely remove all sludge and any existing equipment and dispose of all items properly. Contractor will install all new equipment and liners, per all national/local codes, and Bureau of Prisons. This includes, but not limited to, de-silting the ponds, and installing synthetic liners in ponds 5 & 6. The performance period for the project will be 365 Calendar Days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237110 with a corresponding small business size standard of $45 million.
