Site work and renovation of a civil project in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: o Replacement of four (4) horizontal split-case pumps and associated valves and piping. o All associated equipment, demolition, mechanical, electrical, controls, and site work. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than 5% of the total price for the Contract. The bond shall be issued by an insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The project shall be completed by April 30, 2026.
