Questions are submitted online No, Questions pertaining to the specifications or bid document should be directed to Community & Neighborhood Services (CNS), Kristi DeWitt (616) 355-1330 or k.dewitt@cityofholland.com Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required The City of Holland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities/informalities in the bids received and to split the bid if deemed desirable by the City o Install new glass in the existing porch windows where missing. Glass shall be similar to other existing windows (no plexi-glass). o Install new glass in the existing front porch storm door where missing. Glass shall be similar to existing. o East side, second floor, secure window to be closed against the elements and pests. o West side, second floor, install weather resistant plywood or similar material on the inside of the open window to secure the opening against the elements and pests. o Secure the west side entry door with a hasp and padlock. Padlock keys shall be given to CNS staff to hold on behalf of the property owner. o Finish the demolition of the detached garage and remove all debris. A permit is required. o Remove all debris and household materials from the yard areas. o Alternate methods & materials may be approved if furnished at a lower cost. Final materials to be approved by CNS
