Site work for a mixed-use development in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.
This project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a CM agreement whereby Triangle will act as the Owner's agent. West Ottawa will hold all subcontract agreements. Specialty subcontractors are being solicited currently for the following: WC 310 - Site, Earthwork and Utilities Prevailing wages do not apply to this project. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. All addenda will be uploaded through online and notifications will be sent to bidders and plan rooms. In addition, bid documents will be available for review at online.
