Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Eldridge, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project includes construction of three (3) group campground sites and an asphalt drive. Concrete pads will be required for each site. This project includes sanitary sewer extension from the existing lift station, water service extensions and new electrical service. Existing electrical within the project limits will be removed. Also includes tree removal, grading, erosion control, and landscaping. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements of the specifications and made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. If the contract is awarded by the Scott County Conservation Board, the proposed Campground Improvements shall be fully completed in calendar year 2025. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the Scott County Conservation Board which is anticipated to be in November 2024. The Scott County Conservation Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and irregularities. Question Deadline 11/07/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing .
