The North Scott Community School District is soliciting lump sum bids for site development and property improvements at 208 5th Street, Eldridge, Iowa (Lancers Run Subdivision). The project includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of existing structures, including the church Abandonment of sanitary sewer Site grading and utilities installation Site concrete work Bids must include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, insurance, overhead, and profit to complete the work as shown in the construction documents. All work must comply with: The provided drawings and specifications Applicable city and state codes Other relevant regulatory requirement All demolished and removed materials shall be disposed of in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
