Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Eldridge, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Supply and install a kitchen exhaust hood and all required components, including: duct from hood to exhaust fan, exhaust fan with curb, duct to makeup air fan, makeup air fan with curb, 12’ stainless steel kitchen hood with LED lights, fire suppression system in hood, stainless steel backsplash, gas pipe to owner-supplied equipment, electrical to owner-supplied equipment, connecting gas pipe to emergency shut off, and connecting the system to the existing fire alarm in the building and room. All roof penetrations and roof seal to be performed by contractor. Supply and install electrical to hood, exhaust and makeup air fans. Reroute any existing items as necessary for installation. Bid includes all insurance, labor, materials, overhead and profit, permits, inspections, and all items to complete the work for a functioning system, with compliance to all local, state, and federal codes. Bids should detail costs for the hood (including installation, duct, fire protection, lights, exhaust fan, makeup air fan), electrical, and plumbing required to complete the project.
