Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, this work consists of: 1. Pre-television of lines to be repaired by point repair. 2. Pipe bursting of sanitary sewer lines including service reconnections in kind, remove and replace external drop stack connections, and cleanout replacements. 3. Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lines by point repair. 4. Removal and replacement of sanitary sewer manhole frame and covers. 5. Trench safety as required per Section 01561. 6. Implementation and maintenance of traffic control when necessary or required. Contractor to note that these plans may not include all necessary Traffic Control plans. Contractor to ensure traffic control is executed as necessary to facilitate work. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all permits required for street cuts and/or traffic control. 7. Site restoration including removal and replacement of damaged pavement including subgrade, curb and gutter, pavement markings as necessary and sidewalks, driveways, concrete patios, wooden decks, irrigation lines, turf, plants, shrubs, fences, trees, damaged traffic signaling equipment and other miscellaneous items in the easement or ROW.
