Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of approximately 4,000 tons of HMA Pavement, 20.000 SY of pulverizing pavement, 1,000 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 200 SY of landscape restoration, as well as other miscellaneous items of work. This contract will be awarded in 2024 and constructed in 2025. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to the Fitchburg Treasurer, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file Contract and Bond within 15 days of award. Performance and Payment Bonds each 100% of the bid, with executed Contract is required of successful bidder
