The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD or the "District") is requesting proposals for engineering consulting services (RFP) associated with our Nine Springs Valley Interceptor (NSVI) Capacity Improvements (project). This project and associated scope of services is intended to be completed in several phases. This RFP is seeking an engineering consultant to conduct a planning alternatives analysis for Phase 1, 3, and 4 and design for Phase 1. A future amendment for construction services for Phase 1 will be addressed at a later date under an amendment. RFPs for the design and construction of the future Phase 3, and Phase 4 are anticipated to be publicly solicited in the future. Phase 2 is considered a separate project and is covered under a separate RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
