SCOPE OF WORK: Contractors responding to this Solicitation must identify their expertise in each area of the services provided below. The City's goal is to select a sufficient number of contractors to ensure there is at least a minimum of three (3) contractors for each area of service provided below: a. Air Quality - Permitting, emission source identification, inventories, calculations, compliance audits; green fleet certifications; and risk management plan development and implementation. b. Aquifer Protection Permitting and Groundwater - Drywell design; investigations; permitting; remedial actions; and clean closures. c. Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) - Phase I ESAs; Phase II ESAs; remedial contracting and oversight; and remedial alternatives. d. Hazardous Materials & Waste Management - Hazardous materials and/or waste management plan development and implementation; waste determination sampling and reporting; and solid waste facility permitting. e. Indoor Air Quality - Industrial hygiene evaluations; radon source evaluation and abatement; and legionella sampling and monitoring. f. National Environmental Policy Act Compliant Studies - Environmental Assessments (EAs); Environmental Impact Studies (EISs); Categorical Exclusions. g. Storage Tanks - Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) evaluation, plan development and implementation, compliance audits; UST operational compliance auditing; UST investigations and closures; and Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) remedial actions and site closures including funding applications. h. Storm Water - Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) program development, Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) development, municipal facility assessments, drainage area evaluation and pollutant load modeling, Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) facility permitting, Storm Water Pollution Prevent Plans (SWPPP) development, compliance audits, and green stormwater infrastructure evaluations
