All Items to Be Supply and Install Unless Otherwise Noted. Contractor Responsible for Damage Caused During Construction. Such as Hydro Test, to Ensure Boiler Fully Operational and No Leaks. Copy of Results to Be Submitted to Service Nl and Nlhc Representative Prior to Payment. Contractor to Fully Clean Any Areas Affected by Spills During Gasket Replacement as Per Specifications and Safety Regulations. Contractor Responsible for All Damages Incurred During Removal and Installation. Make Good All Affected Areas. 6 Contractor Responsible to Provide Work Schedule to Nlhc Representative and to Notify the Representative at Least Five (5) Days Prior to the Disconnecting of the Heating System. This is Required for Nl Housing to Prepare Proper Notice to Tenants. 6 if Contractor Requires Heating System to Be Disconnected for More Than 24 Hours to Complete Work Within Contract, Contractor is to Provide Portable Heaters and Domestic Hot Water for a Total of Six (6) Units Until Heating System is Back Online.. All Plumbing Work to Be Done by Certified Plumber and in Accordance With Current National Building Code of Canada and Current Plumbing Code of Canada.
