Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Trinidad, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the project is for repair and remediation of existing ADA ramps, sidewalks, curb cuts, curb, gutters, concrete slabs and detectable warnings at various locations within the public right of way throughout the City of Trinidad, by removing existing non complaint items and generally bringing these area into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act 2010. Approximately 9 various corners, located in14 intersections. The contract time for completion of the projects is 150 consecutive calendar days. Questions concerning this IFB should be directed to the Public Works Director or Project Manager at (719)846-9843 The City of Trinidad reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award orders for the items described either in whole or in part, if it seems to be in the best interest of the City to do so.
