The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than April 1, 2025 The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond acceptable to LORCO in the sum of 100% of the amount of the contract, as a guarantee to the faithful performance and completion of the work called for in the Plans and Specifications.
