Wicomico County Public Schools - acting as the Lead Agency for the Maryland Lower Shore Community Cooperative - will receive sealed bids for Fencing Services Job Order Contract work at various sites for participating entities. Work will consist of various electrical projects as needed during the term of the contract. It is the intention of the WCBOE as the Lead Entity on behalf of Maryland Lower Shore Community Cooperative ("MLSCC") Members to establish one or more Master Agreements for On-Call Electrical Services for use by MLSCC and other eligible public entities ("Participating Entities") supported under the contract. This Invitation to Bid is issued with the intent to award cooperative contract(s) allowing any county, city, special district, local government, school district, private K-12 school, higher education institution, state, other government agency, healthcare organization, or nonprofit organization within the United States to purchase Products and Services through this contract. The contract award(s) will allow Participating Entities to purchase on an "as needed" basis from a competitively awarded contract. Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the date and time of bid opening. The Board of Education may extend the time and place for the opening of bids. The Board of Education of Wicomico County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive formalities, informalities, and technicalities therein. The Board reserves the right to contact a Bidder for clarifications and may, at its sole discretion, allow a Bidder to correct any and all formalities, informalities, and technicalities in the best interest of the Board.
