Reference Number 0000366179 The work involved in this project consists principally of the following: o Complete final design (provided design documents are 65% complete) o Solar Install of 10 locations o 1.75kMWh BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) o Electrical tie-ins to the main switchgear A certified check, bank draft or bid bond without condition to the City of Traverse City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted as a guarantee of good faith subject to the conditions stipulated in the "Instructions to Bidders". *The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interests of the City of Traverse City. This is not a federal aid project.
