Renovation of a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) recently passed a Bond Authorization that included funding for improvements to our existing facilities for the music programs that are an integral part of the District's educational system. TCAPS' Architect / Engineer / Acoustician is expected to provide a team that has experience in planning, programming, design and construction of facilities that provide musical instruction, practice and performance spaces. It is expected that the selected team will provide all disciplines necessary to design and administer the District's construction work. Submittals may be presented by individual disciplines, however TCAPS preference is for team submittals incorporating multiple disciplines. This is a multi-year process. Not all identified projects are intended to be completed at the same time or within the same year. It is expected the selected team will assist TCAPS in developing a timeline for completion of approved projects. Submittals will not be considered from firms that are not properly licensed and/or registered within the State of Michigan. TCAPS reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with any firm(s) selected under this RFQ process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
