The Stanislaus County Public Works Department is the lead agency for the Bridge Preventative Maintenance - Scour Countermeasures Project and is soliciting proposals from qualified bridge consultants for the proposed work identified in the project description and scope of work in this request for proposals. Project Type RFP (Request for Proposal) Response Types Response File Type of Award Lump Sum This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a project-specific contract between the County and Consultant. The scope of services will consist of but not limited to, the engineering design and preparation of 100% contract documents consisting of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the construction of this project. The scope of services will also include, but not limited to, conducting necessary environmental studies, clearing NEPA and CEQA environmental requirements, obtaining State and Federal permits and authorizations, securing any other relevant permits, per Standard Environmental Standard's (SER). Scope of services shall also include obtaining all required right-of-way and easements, coordination with all relevant utility agencies, surveying, project management, and public outreach services. The scope of work presented herein has been developed with the goal of efficiently and expeditiously meeting Caltrans and FHWA requirements.
