Exterior work includes enlarging the sewer connection, along with removal & replacement of flatwork. Note: Interior demolition and abatement has been completed by the District. The bidding contractor will be presented with a building that has the interior open to existing framing and plywood floor. Note: The casework and all electrical (power, low voltage & fire alarm) scope of work shall be performed by the District. The Contractor shall coordinate the installation ofthe casework and electrical with the District.
