The City of St. George is requesting bids for the construction of Thunder Junction Park Phase 2. The park is located at 1851 South Dixie Drive in Tonaquint Park. Questions regarding the Thunder Junction Park Phase 2 Project shall be directed to Jacob Howell in writing at jhowell@civilscience.com . Question Deadline 09/03/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming the City of St. George as obligee, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City of St. George. The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all PROPOSALS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city. Basis of award: Award will be made to the lowest responsible BIDDER as determined by the City using the criteria contained in City ordinances governing the award of contracts.
