Phases 1 and 2 are located on the Northwest and Southwest side of the Pine Trails subdivision respectively. Phases 1 and 2 include a proposed storm system and detention basin. The detention basin and storm sewer discharge into HCFCD Channel P109-01-01 at two different locations. Major work activities include off-site disposal of excavation, two stormwater detention basins and storm sewer improvements. The stormwater detention basin construction will consist of clearing and grubbing the site, installation of concrete pilot channels, backslope swales, interceptor structures, emergency overflow weirs, maintenance access roads and outfall structures.
