Drainage Improvements in the Pine Trails Subdivision Phase 1, 2, 5, 6 (2018) for Harris County Precinct 2 - UPIN 19101MF14202 Questions Due Date: Nov 1st 2024, 12:00 PM CDT The Pine Trails Subdivision Drainage Improvements Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 5 and Phase 6 project site consists of subdivision drainage improvements and stormwater detention basins. Phases 1 and 2 are located on the Northwest and Southwest side of the Pine Trails subdivision respectively. Phases 1 and 2 include a proposed storm system and detention basin. The detention basin and storm sewer discharge into HCFCD Channel P109-01-01 at two different locations. Major work activities include off-site disposal of excavation, two stormwater detention basins and storm sewer improvements. The stormwater detention basin construction will consist of clearing and grubbing the site, installation of concrete pilot channels, backslope swales, interceptor structures, emergency overflow weirs, maintenance access roads and outfall structures. Phases 1 and 2 will include installation of storm sewer trunk lines and storm inlets, concrete street reconstruction, replacement of concrete sidewalk, and concrete driveway replacement. The project will also consist of utility adjustments such as water line offset adjustments, water line service adjustments, sanitary sewer main reconstruction, and sanitary sewer service adjustments. Utility adjustments will be constructed in coordination with AquaTX. Phases 5 and 6 are located on the Southeast and Northeast side of the subdivision respectively. These phases only include roadway reconstruction, sidewalk replacement, concrete driveway replacement and inlet/storm sewer lead replacement.
