Type: WSD & Paving Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 4,830 LF of 8" PVC waterline; 2,030 LF of 8"-12" PVC sanitary sewer; 3,260 LF of 24"-48" RCP storm sewer; and 15,080 SY of 6" concrete paving. The successful bidder must also provide a two-year (2) Maintenance Bond for one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the construction of the improvements that will be owned by Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 57 and the City of Manvel.
