Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For renovation work including modification to interiors, HVAC, utilities, and paving at the existing Boys and Girls Club building located at 2900 South Park Drive SW, Birmingham, AL 35211 All General Contractors wishing to submit bids must be pre-qualified and forms will be available by contacting Raynor@tcuconsulting.com. Completed statements of qualification will be received until October 29,2024, 5PM. A A cashiers check or bid bond payable to Legacy Prep in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidders proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
