The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide Air Change and Room Pressure Testing in Critical Care Areas at the Clement Zablocki VA Medical Center, 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI. Contactor shall provide certification, testing, and balancing of rooms in months of March, June, and September, and December of each contract year; provide air change and room pressure testing with reading in WC/inches of water. Additionally, contractor shall provide documentation of service provided that meets Join Commission standards. Some work is required to be performed outside of normal business day hours. All interested, responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by 10:00 AM Local/Central on Tuesday October 22, 2024 to include detailed description of the firm s experience in providing this service, Unique Entity Identity (UEI) number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation.
