The work being completed on S. 38th Street and W. Grant Street is being partially funded by WisDOT through the Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) using MSILT funds. PVC Storm Sewer - SDR 35-Slurry Backfill-4 LF, Valve Adjustments-7 EA, Pavement Sawing - 2,050 LF, Milling Pavement - 2,575 SY, Cracked and Seated Pavement - 2,555 SY, Concrete Walk Removal 4,542 SF, Driveway Pavement Removal 4,429 SF, Concrete Curb & Gutter Removal -1,480 LF, Pavement Removal/Excavation/Grading 836 CY, Dense Graded Base (3/4") 656 , 31" Concrete Curb & Gutter 1,486 LF, 5" Concrete Sidewalk 5,320 SF, 7" Concrete Drive- way 424 SY, Bit. Concrete Binder (3 LT 58-28 S) - 844 Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Village of Butler in an amount of 5 percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 10 days after the Award, the Check or Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Village as liquidated damages. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided and all blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non- responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid and Bids which best serve the interests of the Village.
