The City of Milwaukee acting through the Board of Trustees, Milwaukee Public Library (Board) is seeking proposals from qualified providers for all labor and material required for the MPL Central Library Roof and Annex Replacement project . SERVICE DESCRIPTION (General): Consultant agrees to perform all of the services required under this Contract for the Zablocki Branch Library Roof Replacement. TERM: The term of this Contract shall begin March 6 th , 2025, and shall remain in effect until the work is finished or terminated in accordance with the Milwaukee Public Library Standard Terms and Conditions. TOTAL AMOUNT OF CONTRACT: Maximum Amount of Compensation Not to Exceed $ THIS AGREEMENT, entered into by and between CONTRACTOR (hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR), and the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, acting by and through the Milwaukee Public Library, represented by its Board of Trustees, (hereinafter referred to as MPL), The following constitute the Contract documents. Precedence shall be determined by descending order. The order shall not be changed, regardless of any numbers or letters that may be inserted into the boxes. If there is any conflict or ambiguity between these Terms and Conditions and any other term or condition of the Contract, these Terms and Conditions control, irrespective of any other term purporting to take precedence over these Terms andConditions.
