1) SCOPE: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, Professional Services, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is requesting submittal of qualifications to provide prime professional architectural services and other professional and technical services as required to address multiple undetermined interior and/or exterior alterations to existing facilities primarily located in: Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Waco, Texas. a) There is no guarantee of assigned work or volume of work under this agreement. The size, quantity, and duration of project(s) assigned to the successful Architect (PSP) will vary depending on the number and types of projects requested by TFC's client agencies. b) For each proposed project under the award, TFC will request a proposal. PSP will proceed with the work on individual projects only after the fee and scope proposal is approved, a purchase order is issued, and a "Notice to Proceed" is provided. c) Each purchase order will include a description of the project, scope of services, project schedule, term, and compensation specific to the project in accordance and subject to the signed contract, as provided in Attachment D - Professional Services Agreement. d) TFC anticipates an award to one or more PSP firms depending on responses received and geographic service regions.
