Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses received in response to the RFQ, Updated SECTION B.2 Performance Work Statement (PWS) to clarify scope add Other Direct Cost (ODC) language, and to update SECTION E SOLICITATION PROVISIONS to update the pricing instructions in E.2 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS. The contractor shall perform monthly inspections of entire system and provide detailed field report of findings and recommendations. The contractor shall perform quarterly maintenance and provide detailed service report listing all tasks performed and recommendations for repair. The contractor shall perform an annual maintenance and provide detailed service report listing all tasks performed and recommendations for repair. The Contractor shall perform emergency and non-emergency repairs of the system as needed. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete this service contract. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Tasks under this PWS shall be performed in VA facilities located at AITC 1615 Woodward Street, Austin, Texas 78772.
