Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 143,000-square-foot, five-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of November 11, 2025, project is well underway and is scheduled to be complete fall 2026. Plans call for the construction of a five-story, 164,947 square foot sciences building. The overall cost of the project is $136,700,000 but the value of this bid package is not yet known. Skanska USA Building, Inc., CM at Risk for the NC State University - Integrative Sciences Building project will be accepting sealed bids from Prequalified Bidders REBIDDING ALL Bid Packages: 10F Horizontally Operable Partition, 11A Loading Dock Equipment, 32A Site Concrete, 32B Unit Paving and 32C Landscaping. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
