Landscaping Service for Raleigh Water RRD The City of Raleigh, Resource Recovery Division is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified North Carolina licensed firms for grounds and landscaping maintenance services for the divisions 133 remote pump station sites. The number of sites could increase or decrease throughout the year. The City of Raleigh, the Capital City of North Carolina, remains one of the fastest growing areas in the country.
