Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Architectural/Engineering services for a new warehouse building located on the University of Alabama Campus. The Architect/Engineer (A/E) needs to have design expertise with civil sitework projects that included mass grading, retaining walls, and underground utilities. Firms must also demonstrate experience with large indoor training & recreation facilities that also includes offices, classroom, and other auxiliary spaces. The A/E will be responsible for providing both architectural and engineering design for this facility.
