Description: Contracts consist of work related to the interior renovation to Youth Area on Main Level of existing Library As of November 21, 2024, all subcontract trades have been let. Construction Manager is in process of reviewing bids. Required Completion Date: April 2025 A 5% bid bond is required. Bidders must file a Prequalification Statement and a Financial Statement along with the following information with Featherstone, Inc. before the bid opening date in conformance with the instructions set forth in the Information for Bidders The Cook Memorial Public Library District reserves the right to award contracts to the most qualified bidder, to reject any and all bids, and to waive technical i ties where approved private. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
