The work shall consist of the removal of the existing commercial steel Flat Slat doors and openers. The purchase and installation of five (5) new steel Flat Slat overhead doors and openers. a. There are Five (5) 16' x 16' doors. b. After the doors have been removed, they can be left on site. The county will dispose of the old doors. 2. Overhead Doors shall be Insulated Flat Slat Rolling Steel Doors. 3. The Contractor shall work on one door until completion before moving to another door. 4. The building will remain fully operational throughout the project and must be able to be secured at the end of each day. 5. Work hours will be between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. 6. All delivered materials shall remain in original packaging until ready for installation and must be protected from the elements. a.
