Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newark, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Scope of Work: 1) Asphalt Repairs: 4 areas consisting of approximately 1420 SF as outlined green on the attached image. o Cut out and remove existing deteriorated asphalt (inches). o Inspect and compact subgrade. o Millings from prep cand be used as a base for the widening area if needed. o Install new full depth asphalt rolled to a smooth uniform appearance. o Apply crack sealant to outside edge of patch. 2) Asphalt Overlay: Area A - approximately 21430 SF as outlined in red on the attached image, Fabric area outlined in orange. o Block off area to traffic and broom or air clean. o Transition mill as required for flush tie in. o Clean up millings and haul off site. o Install Asphalt leveling course over depressed areas, o Install Hatelit G100 Geogrid Paving Fabric (or equal) over failed areas installed per manufacturers specifications. o Machine lay and roll 2.0 inches (depth after compaction) of 9.5mm Asphalt Surface. o Roll to a smooth uniform appearance. o Re-Stripe to match existing layout. o Re Install Parking bumpers where applicable. 3) Asphalt Overlay: Area B- approximately 3475 SF as outlined in Blue on the attached image o Block off area to traffic and broom or air clean. o Transition mill as required for flush tie in. o Clean up millings and haul off site. o Install Asphalt leveling course over depressed areas as needed. o Machine lay and roll 2.0 inches (depth after compaction) of 9.5mm Asphalt Surface. o Roll to a smooth uniform appearance.
