Renovation of a fire / police facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The deadline for Questions has been established as: May 31, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. All Questions must be submitted, in writing, to the Procurement Officer place existing boilers @ Maryland State Police - Barrack E Salisbury A. This project will have the contractor provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, hardware, insurance, etc. to replace the existing boilers and related components in the barracks and garage at the Maryland State Police Barracks "E" in Salisbury, Maryland. B. The Maryland State Police Barracks "E" is located at 2765 North Salisbury Boulevard, Salisbury, Maryland 21801. The project will supply hot water to different systems located in the buildings. All work should be confined to the boiler rooms in the garage and barracks. C. Work consists of the installation of a new high efficiency condensing boiler and related components ( circulating pumps, air separators and expansion tanks) complete with new connections to the existing breeching, piping and electrical connections. The existing boiler is to be disconnected 'and discarded by the contractor. Project Cost Class B - $100,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
