As of November 21 2024, this project has commenced construction of bid packages 1 - 3 as of October 2024. MSA is issuing this solicitation to select a highly qualified firm to provide design/build services related to the improvements for the Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. The stadium is located in Salisbury, MD and is the home of the Delmarva Shorebirds (an MLB Affiliated baseball team). Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted electronically, in Word or PDF format, via the following upload link no later than June 7, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (Local Time): The Design-Builder shall have bonding capacity (i.e., performance and payment) no less than $17.5 million. MBE Participation (%) 20.00 Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to fourth quarter 2024.
