Renovation of an educational facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade educational facility.

The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work as described in Quote/Proposal/Bid for work, entitled "", including referenced drawings and specifications; and Amendment No. ---- (inclusive), and shall do everything required by this Agreement, the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract, and said specifications and drawings, all of which are made a part hereof and are referred to herein as "The Contract". There follows a list of said drawings and proposal 1. Devil biss Hall is a 3-story, 63,000 GSF, general purpose office and classroom building constructed in 1967 that has under gone several renovations including a 2003 HVAC renovation that has now out lived its life expectancy. This project consists of replacing five York packaged heat pump rooftop units that are serving Devilbiss Hall. 2. Demolish five existing rooftop units and retain electrical connection to reused on new equipment. 3. Evaluate the need for adapter curb. 4. Furnish and install five new rooftop units making connection to existing ductwork within roof curb. 5. Provide mechanical and electrical services to support the installation including equipment, piping, conduit, valves, insulation, etc. Bids may be modified or withdrawn prior to the Bid Due Date and time through Bid Locker;however, all bids are considered final after the date and time for receipt of bids. Final bids may not be altered, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of 90 days after the time and date designated for receipt of bids. It is understood that the bid price will be firm for a time period of Ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date. Estimated budget: $100,000 to $500,000
