The objective of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Salisbury University (herein referred to as the University or SU) to select a Qualified Contractor to provide partition changes to three office and two storage rooms in the North West area of Suite 500 with finish upgrades; three with carpet and two with vinyl tiles. In addition, there is replacement of a sink in one room and lighting upgrades in six rooms all per the specifications. The successful Contractor / Offeror shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, quipment, services, utilities, and other incidentals necessary to the successful completion of the project and the carrying out of all the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the contract as required for work as described. The scope of work is more specifically defined by the contract documents, including the plans and specifications issued with this RFQ. The quote price shall be based on 100% Construction Documents, amendments; supplementary conditions and, other components / sections of the contract documents as listed herein.
