Submitted bids will then be opened and read publicly at the aforementioned date and time for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of: Apple Ridge Phase 1 Single Family Development Construction of approximately 2,500 LF of new roads, storm water improvements, water extension, sewer extension and pump station to serve Phase 1 of the Apple Ridge development. The Apple Ridge Phase 1 improvements are being completed with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Consistent with Federal programs, ARPA requires compliance with various Federal laws, regulations and guidelines throughout the Invitation to Bid procurement process, project construction and project close-out.
