Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of all site grading, erosion control, retaining walls, landscaping, utility construction, parking and sidewalk paving, netting, fencing, artificial turf installation striping and surfacing for the construction of four artificial turf multi-purpose fields, six tennis courts and a softball field within the existing Berkeley Park. The existing historic baseball field and buildings will be protected in their present condition and are not a part of this contract. This contract will also not include the vertical construction of the proposed site buildings nor the athletic site lighting.
