Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 310,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of April 28, 2025, this project is under construction, and completion expected May 31, 2027. For GMP Pricing: The Caney Creek 9th Grade Center is a new 310,000 SQFT Campus for the Conroe Independent School District. This campus consists of a collaborative learning environment that includes five significant departments: fine arts, career and technical education (CTE), athletics, administrative areas and the learning community areas which include classrooms and a library. Additionally, the new campus site will include two new practice fields, tennis courts, ample parking around the site and a football field with track provided that is situated in an enclosed fenced area with a concession stand, storage and restrooms. All proposals must be in the hands of the CM @ Risk no later than the time specified above. The Owner, Architect and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the Proposal process.
