Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project includes the relocation of approximately 940 linear feet of 20-inch waterline, 80 linear feet of 16-inch waterline and 30 linear feet of 12-inch waterline, along with associated appurtenances. Additional scope of work includes the relocation of approximately 460 linear feet of a 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer system. This relocation project is related to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) roadway widening project along South Loop 336, from West of Stewarts Forest Drive to FM 1314 I Conroe, Texas.
